Act No. 2026-04, assented 2026-03-23. Commencement is governed by LN.2026/064, and fees by LN.2026/065. Licences are granted by The Gambling Authority; supervision sits with The Gambling Commissioner.

s.27 Offence of Operating Without a Licence | Contravening the general prohibition (carrying on a regulated activity without a licence or exemption) is an offence.
